Salt Lake City Real Estate revealed new home sale curves in the market last December 2012. According to MLS, there were 41 condos sold in the market. Yearly change of sale went up 17.07 percent from 34 condos sold during December 2011. In terms of monthly change of sale, it dropped 24.1 percent from 54 condos sold during November last year.
Its median sold price reached $140,000 of which decreased 11.95 percent from $159,000. Home sales have been for 85 median days on market. There’s a balance market in Salt Lake City due to 6.73 months of inventory.
Currently, there are 276 active listings of condos for sale in Salt Lake City of which 72 are under contract in the market.
