Selling and buying of homes in Salt Lake City Real Estate drawn new figures last month. According to MLS, there were 221 single family homes sold in the market. Year year over year change of sale slightly went up 2.71 percent from 215 homes sold during December 2011. Its monthly change of sale dropped 13.3 percent from 255 homes sold during November last year.
The median sold price reached $220,000 of which increased 27.32 percent from $159,900. Home sales have been for 32 median days on market. There’s a seller’s market in Salt Lake City due to 2.92 months of inventory.
Currently, there are 645 actively listed homes for sale in Salt Lake City of which 290 are under contract in the market.
