The number of homes sold in Salt Lake City Real Estate drawn new curves in the market last month. According to MLS, there were 176 single family homes sold in the market. Its year over year change of sale dropped 5.38 percent from 186 homes sold during January last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it had also decreased 20.4 percent from 221 homes sold during December last year.
Salt Lake City had a seller’s market due to 3.45 months of inventory. The median sold price reached $208,400 of which increased 20.83 percent from $165,000. Home sales have been for 38 median days on market.
So far, there are 607 active listings of single family homes for sale in Salt Lake City of which 379 are under contract in the market.
