Condo sales in Salt Lake City drawn new numbers in the market during the last quarter of 2012. A total of 163 condos have been sold out in the market. Its sale went up 58.25 percent from 103 condos sold during Q4 2011. Home sales went down 12.83 percent from 187 homes sold during Q3 2012.
Salt Lake City had a median sold price of $244,900 with 43 median CDOM. Its average sold price reached $257,428 with 84 average CDOM.
The highest price of property was sold at $539,608 while the cheapest property was at $129,000.
