Salt Lake City Real Estate showed off new curves in the market last month. This can be attributed from its total homes sold in the market. According to MLS, there were 255 single family homes sold. Year over year change of sale went up 18.43 percent from 208 homes sold during November last year. Monthly change of sale slightly dropped 7.9 percent from 277 properties sold during October this year.
Home sales got a median sold price of $196,900 of which rose 21.91 percent from $153,750. Sold homes have been for 30 median days on market. It’s still a seller’s market in Salt Lake City due to 2.95 months of inventory.
So far, Salt Lake City has 752 actively listed single family homes for sale and 390 under contract properties in the market.
